Enteprises didn't pick me up or drop me off, so this was a huge setback. As to i had to attempt to come back once the car was ready.

Hilary was probably oblivious to understanding how upset I was that I was going through this experience in which lost Enterprises a reliable customer and this is not the words you say to a customer who you failed.

I received no call advising me of this wait and was extremely disappointed as to I had reservations and it was already 2:30 p.m. Hilary didn't offer no concessions, other than she would call me once the car was ready.

Went to pick up the rental for a long drive at my reservation time and was advise by Hilary at this location that there's a 1 hour waiting period.

I picked up the car from California customs (who is absolutely incredible to work with and their business and work is second to none) ENTERPRISE rent a car left me very disappointed. The pick up and when I received the car was incredible they were friendly, informative, and helpful. I picked up a Sonata. I literally drove to and from work and the car was in my possession for 4 days total. 99% of the time it sat in Valet Parking as I have Valet Parking both at work and at home... I returned the car and the next night over 24 hours later a young man calls me from Enterprise and says do you want to tell us about the impact and damage you caused to the back bumper of the vehicle... I thought he was kidding at first... and I shared with him that there was no collision or impact while the car was in my possession. He said well, we have to file a claim. I shared with him that there was no damage to the car while in my possession and it must have happened as it sat in the parking lot out of my possession. I have Surveillance footage and photos of the entire vehicle 14 minutes prior to dropping it off and there was no accident from the 3 mile drive from work to drop off the car. As if I would not have stopped if I was in an accident and drop off the car and not say anything... the customer service and the way this young man spoke to me lacked professional, training, and was insulting. I told him I would call security and get the footage which I did and clearly there was no damage to the vehicle and the only follow up from them since the call was that they emailed me asking me to write this review.... horrible and poor customer service and if the car had damage it was either done unoccupied as it sat in your parking lot... or when the employee that picked it up got into an accident... either way... it was just a horrible phone call and a lousy way to talk to someone.

Reservations made. No courtesy call. Double trip to pick up car. 4 employees working from 2:30 to 4:41 in which is the time frame I received the keys. And Hilary tried to hold on to keys for my rental.

I enjoyed the ride. Great and Friendly staff..looking forward to the next visit

Horrible renting experiencing with Enterprises located on West bank Expressway in Gretna LA. Made reservations for a rental pick up a week ahead for thanksgiving holiday.

My experience with Enterprise was wonderful.. Rusty was very polite. He met all of my needs.. I love renting from here. Great customer service. .

As always, reps are always friendly. However, as a regular customer, I would like not to have turn away a vehicle that is nothing like we have ever had. For example: a small SUV Jeep vehicle (like a beach goer would use), rather than either a mid-size SUV, or a comparable sedan. We have history with Enterprise. There should be no surprise. (Don't steal that line). I realize that that's not always possible, but prepare us, or let us know in advance so that our planned trips can be as comfortable from the moment we pick our vehicle to wherever we maybe going and return. thanks.
