JcPenneys has the worst return policy in retail. I was sent 501 jeans as a gift online and they would not allow me to exchange them for a different size even with a the order summary showing the purchase. Their policy is it has to be refunded to the purchasers card and repurchased by them. I am shocked at the lack of customer service, but I'm not shocked they are going out of business. I will never purchase anything from JcPenneys again.

You would think they would have good sales right now. NOT!!! 20% of 90.00 not a good sale. I was expecting really good after Christmas deals. NOT! Then to top it off the lines are unbelievable and 2 check outs and only 2 at each station.
I have always enjoyed shopping at our Oakwood location.
My favorite place for shopping!!!! Employees are so nice and helpful..I hope they don't close this location
