The doctors and staff are always kind. Dr. Banuchi is AWESOME! Both my husband and I were her patients as kids. However, they DEFINITELY overbook which makes the wait time ridiculously long.
Doctors and staff are nice but when your appointment is for 1015 and its 1200 and you still haven't been seen it's a little ridiculous. Don't go there unless you have a whole day to waste!!!
She is the best. Dr.Banchu really cares about your child. We love her.
Nasty place. No room separate for sick kids. Kids are running around touching everything. Potentially getting other kids sick. Great staff and Doctors, but they over book appointments and dont have enough one on one time with each patient. Been here since 9:30. I had a 10:15 appointment and as usual i am still sitting in the waiting room. After 2 years of fighting this battle with this dirty place, I give up. I will never walk into this office again. I'm completely disgusted and I fully believe the place should be shut down until they can get their priorities straight. I don't recommend anyone to bring their children to this place. #onemadmom
Wait times are a hour long. Don't bother showing up on time it would be best to show up a hour before. When they do call you to the back. You have to wait in another room. The doctors and staff are great.
