I was with sprint for 5 years .. but after I have talked to the manager and the asurion rep .. I changed my mine ... the Rep was so rude a white tall men .. he told me I don't care if u call corporate I don't work for sprint !!! Wait what ? But u in the store and the manager told me I could change company if I was not happy ., I sure did ., I was paying $530 for 6 lines over 5 years .., can you imagine all the money I paid for the Crapy service??? .., now I have A&TT I have 6lines, internet, cable and a tablet for $499..., and the service is outstanding.... this people need better training ...,
My experience at this location was top notch. I was greeted immediately. I was taken care of quickly. The staff at this location had a general concern for my needs. I will definetly continue to come back this store. good customer service. Keep up the great work.
The other little guy that was working was also extremely unprofessional. He was dribbling a ball around the store, cursing, and just all around being a child. He was about 5'2", 100 pounds and looked like he was 15.
My girlfriend and I were in there about a month ago to add a phone line to her plan. We were helped by Iverson. He fed us a bunch of bs about how our phone bill would only be going up 30 dollars per month. We repeatedly asked what our bill would be every month. He assured us it would be going up 30.
Here we are paying an additional 90 dollars for this additional phone line. We only agreed because he told us 30.
I am so pleased by the experience I had in the Oakwood Sprint store! They listened to all of my needs, and they helped me select the perfect phone, tablet, and accessories for my needs (I'm getting all of this for less than my single AT&T line was!). That level of World Class care is hard to find these days! If you are looking for great service - not to mention plans that are very affordable - I'd recommend the Sprint at Oakwood Mall!
This is the best store i have ever visited. The workers there are very friendly and very knowledgeable of the service and products. I highly recommend all to visit this store for your wireless needs, they will definitely leave a lasting impression.
It was an awful experience and I would not recommend this store to anybody. Ever.
