I sooo upset when they deliver the flowers soo late since they promised to deliver my order in morning and I never heard from them.i call back to follow up and the person I was spoke to was soo rude and they gave me call back again to inform me my delivery..But I was please when my grandmother was soo happy with thier arrangement and she love it and send me the picture and soo happy with the result of it..
Yesterday I called, last minute, for an arrangement to be sent to my parents for their anniversary. The awesome gentleman who helped me was outstanding, very friendly and personable over the phone. I had no idea what to send and told him to please pick it out for me. My parents were delighted. The bouquet of amazing flowers were beautiful, the vase was awesome too! The arrangement was delivered promptly and very professionally! The value was exceptional! I will definitely use this florist again and will tell family and friends how great they are as well! THANKS LE GRAND!!!! :-)
