Absolutely terrible. I know it's fast food and I expect terrible service. I'm appalled at how disgustingly rude this visit was. Terrible service accompanied be terrible, cold, food. Better off grabbing a bag of chips from Walgreens.
Cashier went out her way to make us feel appreciated and offered to accommodate us a very pleasant attitude.
The young man who took our order was polite. The nuggets I received for my 10 pc combo were fried in burnt grease. They all had that scorched grease taste even though they weren't burnt visibly themselves. Both drink machines were almost completely out of drinks and they were both out of ice & there was no toilet paper in either of the bathrooms! Very unsatisfactory visit! I was on a time constraint for lunch so I couldn't wait for a fresh batch of nuggets & I doubt that they would have been any better because the grease itself needs to be changed!
Horrible service. The lady in drive thru was rude and did not repeat my order back to me which led her to ringing me up for the wrong thing. Once I got out of the car to let them know I had to stand on front counter for 20 minutes holding my bag before anyone acknowledged me. Then once I told her what they problem was I did not an apology she simply told me I had to get back in line and order what was missing. My food was cold by then. I just said forget it and went across the street to rally's. This store is horrible I don't recommend it.
Consistently gets the order wrong. This location is on my commute and I often stop there. They maybe get the order right one out of 10 times. This is beyond a doubt the worst Wendy's I have ever been to.
