Went it in to purchase a bike. A staff member was unwilling to help. Had a very condescending tone as if I wasn't welcome to purchase or he thought I couldn't afford one of their bikes.
Great shop! Owner is very knowledgeable, approachable and a huge help. Took a bike in to get work done, price was excellent and the work came out great. Cannot recommend this place enough. An awesome addition to the Westbank.
I just went in just to ask questions and the guy was super nice, stopped what he was doing and answered my questions. Made me want to buy my first bike here!
