We are a young couple with a BMW but are on a budget! They have never taken advantage of us. Always fix our problems for extremely fair prices. Great customer service and fast. I would recommend to anyone!
I had an oil leak and took my van in for an estimate. I was told my oil PAN was leaking and would have to be replaced. I was also told that the engine would have to be removed in order to replace it. The estimate: ~$700. Red flags immediately went up for me and, as it turns out, for good reason. The oil pan on my van was NOT leaking, not damaged in any way, and had not a speck of rust. The pan itself, which was the part I was told specifically was bad, was in perfect condition. All that was needed was a new gasket. Furthermore, the engine, in spite of the "cab forward" design, did NOT have to be removed to replace it. I'm glad I followed my gut and the red flags it was raising. I might be female, but I'm not ignorant. Maybe others have fallen for their schemes, but I hope my experience saves perspective customers from being screwed out of hundreds of dollars by those conniving thieves.
