Coming from somebody that worked there theyre horrible.... Management sucks only a few good ones they show favortism and the product sucks even more why u think its so cheap.... They dont care for their workers at all!!!!!
LOVE this place. Lots of great bargains. The staff customer service seems to be a hit or miss though.

Went in and found all my air tools and components. Sales clerk was friendly and guided me to tool bags. Great veterans day sale! So far a good location and great staff.
after spending over 700. dollars in 3 days, my hubby bought some items that were "out of the box" over 250. dollars worth. he went to use the air compressor a few days later it did not work. then he went to use the "sale" nail gun it also did not work. the receipts are so bad the ink disappears after a few days, needless to say, my hubby is out almost 300. dollars. my advice do not buy anything from there that is out of box or on sidewalk sale. it does not work at all. As for management they are extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm sure they are lining their pockets with items that don't work and not having to exchange or refund money.
