The 5 stars is for the guy in the paint department. A few months ago I went to Gretna Home Depot to get some paint for my house. When I approached the paint counter a woman who was working rudely asked to help me. The guy I'm speaking of noticed how rude she was, interjected and went out of his way to help me with a smile. I really appreciated his willingness to go out of his way to compensate for his co-worker with the nasty attitude.
the employees seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than helping me find what I wanted to purchase. I will probably go to lowes for my next few visits
BEWARE OF ONLINE ORDERS!!! Went to Gretna to pickup online order. I ordered a standard shower glass door.. they dont tell you there's no refunds for online orders!!! Which makes no since. I don't need to bring it back but what If I had to!!! Just sayin...and customer service should've said something too!!
It's nice and clean. It has the Christmas spirit throughout the store. Employees are very courteous and helpful.
