They're rude and the drivers stank ! The lady that answer the phone is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful ! Uber and lyft is the new era ! I highly suggest no one call a cab ! Try uber or lyft ! Don't I repeat DO NOT call this cab services ! Uber and lyft are very very cheap !
No customer service! So rude! I asked how long would they be "I DONT KNOW" then said I have one in Algiers! I asked is it close, she then replied "I DONT HAVE ONE NEAR" and hang up the phone.
Got me to where I needed to be, but they were rude, and disrespectful. No customer service skills.
I gave glenns cab 1star because there are only 3 drivers that are respectsble. Jy 2nd 2016 i was taken to a drug house with unwanted rideshare the couple was drunk at 12. The lady went an scored crack we where so upset we gotout the cab an walked home.
Normally, the service is good. They come on time or sometimes early. Not sure if that is a plus. But, sometimes they seem to choose the route that will cost more. Also, if the route is longer because of driver error and we need to backtrack, they should not charge you full price for the ride. I had to pay 15.00 for a ride because the driver took a wrong turn and charged for the wrong turn and getting back on the right street. The mistake I had no problem with. But, I think a few dollars should have been taken off my fare.
